The Marong Uniting Church is part of the Uniting Churh Synod of Victoria & Tasmania.  The present church building was erected in 1914, and replaced an earlier weatherboard structure, which had been erected on the site, and used for worship from about 1862. The church building was opened on 1/11/1914 by Rev John Barnaby of Ormond College. The Sunday School Hall was the former Woodstock Presbyterian Church building, which was relocated to this site in 1972. No other details are known.
