The St George's Anglican Church, Trentham is part of the Parish of Kyneton-Malmbury-Trentham and the Diocese of Bendigo. The first church service was held in 1864, with a wooden church building opened in the early 1880s. It is not clear if regular worship services are still conducted at this location.
