The former Greenough Wesleyan Methodist Church has closed. The church building was erected in 1867, using ticket of leave labour. Land for the church was donated by John Mills. It was one of the most important churches in the Greenough region, a region predominantly settled by Methodists, and served as a place of Wesleyan Methodist worship for over eighty years. The building is now boarded up and is part of the Greenough Historic Hamlet. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 25/5/2024.
