The original St Oswald's Anglican Church was consecrated in 1924.

The building was destroyed by a fire in 2004. In June 2011, the newly rebuilt Church of the Resurrection was consecrated by Archbishop Roger Herft. The new name looks towards the future...and into a sense of hope and vitality.
